All orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days (unless otherwise stated). Every product is made by hand within our factory, so it is difficult to have an exact delivery time frame.

International Delivery

For orders outside of the UK, your delivery options will be dependent on the weight of your order. Once you have placed your order, your shipping will be calculated using your address. An invoice will then be sent to you to pay for your shipping. For orders over 2kg, the shipping cost will be calculated and sent to you.

Import Duties 

If you order is for delivery outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the destination. You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
